What is Phone Tree?

PhoneTree® is a telephone messaging system that automates the process of making redundant outgoing telephone calls. You record the message once and the PhoneTree will use its software, hardware and your computer and telephone line to make the calls for you.

PhoneTree System Minimum Computer Requirements:

• Color monitor

• CD ROM drive

• Internet connection (for PhoneTree OnDemand or remote installation)

• USB port, minimum 1 USB port for each PhoneTree box. If all of your USB ports are in use, you may need to purchase a true dual (or quad) host controller card to provide additional ports.

Operating System:
Your PC must have Microsoft Windows® 2000, XP, Server 2003, or Vista as the operating system. PhoneTree® is not compatible with Windows® 3.1, 95, 98, ME, NT or Mac OS.

Easy installation
PhoneTree® is easy to install and use. No need to have an expensive computer or telephone technician come to do the installation. The whole installation process typically takes less than 30 minutes! And, as always our support team is only a phone call away.

Import your existing database
You can import your existing contact list directly into PhoneTree® from most software programs. Whether it’s from your management or practice software or from your Windows-based programs, importing your list saves you the time from manually entering each name.
