- Will your on-hold player work
with my telephone system?
In
order to connect an on-hold system, your phone system
must have a “music on hold” jack. This
is common feature on most telephone systems. If
you have a 1 or 2 line phone system without this
jack, an external adapter may be used.

- Why the different message lengths
i.e. 2, 4, 6, 8 minutes? I never keep people on
hold that long?
The length of an on-hold message is determined by
how much information you want to relay to your customers
not how long you keep them on hold. Short more frequent
messages are more appealing to the listener.
