After Placing Your Order |
- The typical format for a custom on-hold recording consists of two independent statements of information per minute, with approximately 40 words per statement. The AOH-200 unit offers and utilizes the option of a 4, 6 and 8 minute cartridge.
- You supply the AD-ON-HOLD script writer with the information about your company, including any notes, answers to the questionnaire, company literature and web site address (if available).
- Using this information, the script writer then develops a draft of the recording script, then fax or email to you for input that includes revisions, comments or deletions. This fine tuning process continues until you sign off on the final draft, of which selection boxes are included to pick your background music and choice of male or female voice announcer. The production is now ready for recording.

Production Timeframes
Normal production turnaround is 3 to 5 working days.
The new custom recorded message cartridge is shipped to
you with a few simple instructions on exchanging it for the generic loaner cartridge. A self-addressed, postage paid envelope is included for return on the loaner cartridge.

The AD-ON-HOLD Series AOH-200, is a fully digital player
specifically designed for the 24 hour a day continuous
on-hold operation. By designing a truly digital player
with ZERO mechanical moving parts (the previous generation
of digital on-hold players were actually hybrid analog
cassette players with volatile digital memory) we were
able to substantially reduce the incidence of malfunction
while eliminating the need for periodic maintenance.
The Series AOH-200 Digital Player has a 5 year warranty.
